Apple is appealing a ban on the U.S. sales of its newest models of Apple Watches, the Series 9 and Ultra 2, amid an ongoing patent dispute. Medical device maker Masimo claims Apple’s blood oxygen technology infringes on their patents, a claim Apple denies. Elise Preston reports.
